Special Tribute to a Dear Friend

Patrick Dean Eason was a special friend of mine. He had just celebrated his 49th birthday about a week before he was brutally murdered.

Patrick was a very friendly, very social person. He loved to visit and chat with friends, and he never purposely hurt anyone. I miss his visits at all hours, his calls, his hugs, and most of all I miss his friendship. I have lost a very good friend, and in so many ways my life will never quite be the same again.

It is still hard to believe my friend is gone from this world forever, never to visit or call upon me again. His physical body may be gone, but his memory and spirit will live on in my heart forever. Farewell, my friend, until we meet again.
